I am passionate about making a meaningful impact on students' lives. In 2019, I received the UOW Global Challenge research grant to support my initiative. This project is currently in its 13th cycle and hosts leaders of sustainability to enhance the first-year student experience of UOWD students on the BUS 101 subject. As a teaching facuty for BUS 391 professional experience subject , I strongly believe in enhancing student employability and preparing them for the workforce. With our ongoing project ' Employer Forum  initiated in 2021, I strive to provide our students with a comprehensive set of skills, making them more attractive to potential employers. We have partnered with over 40 organizations, giving our students the opportunity to gain internship and job placement opportunities. Our commitment to student success goes beyond the classroom.
